How We Do It
We begin by meeting the client’s leadership team members individually to understand their perspectives and then conduct a two-day workshop with them. In this workshop, we facilitate a range of engaging and energizing structured discussions and decision-making processes, developing agreed-upon components and building blocks that align participants’ thinking. This galvanizing process leads to an agreed-upon, committed declaration of the organization’s Optimal Future State.
We then collaboratively develop this thinking into clear, complete plans of action for each of the assigned Task Forces, including measurable timelines and outcomes. We also determine the appropriate cadence of meetings to track and manage their progress.
Finally, we reconvene the leadership team at agreed-upon intervals to share progress, feedback, and insights and refine these plans to ensure their success.
