A graduate of ESC Grenoble with an MBA from Newcastle University, he spent 26 years in the Wines & Spirits industry, including 23 years at Pernod Ricard, where he held senior international leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation, notably as Chief Strategy Officer and Global Head of Innovation. Having lived and worked across Europe and the Caribbean, he brings a strong global perspective. A Business Angel for over a decade, he founded Food Planet, an investment platform supporting agri‑food startups committed to ecological transition. He is also a General Partner at Good Only Ventures, backing high‑growth, impact‑driven startups across France and Europe, and is actively engaged in reforestation initiatives.
