About us
Who we are
Former C-suite executives guiding leaders, teams and sellers to succeed in the most complex, high-stakes conversations.
Our story
We Don't Simulate the C-Suite. We Are the C-Suite.
SGA CSuite was founded on a simple belief: succeeding with senior executives requires a different way of thinking. Traditional training breaks down at the C-suite, where decisions revolve around risk, strategy and long-term impact.
We focus on what moves executive conversations forward: insight, credibility and trust. Our programs build executive presence, strategic thinking and the ability to engage leaders as true business partners. Participants learn through live simulations led by former C-suite executives who have made high-stakes decisions and know what earns sponsorship at the top.
Why it works
Leading has opened unique insights into how leaders make decisions and what they want from the people meeting with them.
Teaming shows us the leader's challenge of mobilizing the collective intelligence and energy of an organization.
Selling, alongside C-level executives as faculty, lets us convey a wide range of insight into how best to engage them.
Connecting through our global network and each person's interpersonal intelligence ties it all together.
