Stephan Rajotte is a globally respected executive coach and former chief executive with more than three decades of international leadership experience at the helm of major financial services organizations. He is Chief Executive Officer of DAS Group and an Executive Coach with the Lance Tanaka Group, and previously served as Chief Executive Officer of AIA Singapore and President of Sun Life Asia, where he led large, multi‑market businesses through periods of transformation and growth. He now advises boards and senior executives worldwide on leadership effectiveness, enterprise performance, and strategic change. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Sciences from Université Laval.
